So far, we have identified 30 lakes from America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, with both long-term and high-frequency temporal data :

We are interested in lakes having the following:

- At least five years of data collected at least every two weeks

- Phytoplankton density, biomass, and/or biovolume collections approximately every 2 weeks (or less), to the genus level if possible

- Thermal profiles

- Weather data (at the lake or nearby weather station; standard mesures including air temperature, wind speed, wind direction, air pressure, etc...) at sub-daily time scale

Additional data that would be helpful include:

- Other standard profiling data from sonde casts (oxygen, pH, chlorphyll, conductivity, etc...)

- Secchi depth

- Nutrient data

- High frequency buoy data
